Privacy policy

This site is run by Ilona Dzen (Nowadays People). It doesn’t use tracking cookies or ads, and it doesn’t collect personal data by itself.

What happens when you use a form or a button

When you book a call, subscribe or get access to the jobs list, you’re taken to a service that handles it: cal.com for bookings, Substack for the newsletter and stories, and a payment provider for the jobs list. Each of them has its own privacy policy and processes the details you give them.

If you email me, I use your email only to reply and to provide the service you asked for.

Coaching

What you share in coaching sessions stays confidential. For company programmes, the company sees attendance and anonymised themes, never what a person said in a session.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: hello@nowadayspeople.com.
