Yes. Your company sees attendance and anonymised themes, never what a person said in a session.
Online or on-site?
Online by default, so people can join from anywhere. On-site kick-offs can be part of the proposal.
Which languages do you coach in?
English and Lithuanian.
How is coaching priced?
Per programme, based on the number of people and sessions. You get one clear price in the proposal.
How fast can we start?
Usually within one to two weeks after the intro call.
Do you invoice the company?
Yes. I invoice the company directly, with the scope agreed in the proposal.
