Figuring out what's next?
You don't have to do it alone.
Nowadays People is about finding work and life that feel like yours. Here you'll find honest reflections from my own transition, conversations with people who found their own way, and support when you're standing at a crossroads.
I've been where you are
Do you ever find yourself doing things to meet othersโ expectations, while something in you feels left behind? Or feeling unsure about what you actually want - now or in the future?
Iโve been there myself. After more than 10 years working in the product design industry, I experienced burnout, started questioning the meaning behind my work, and realised I wanted something to change. Soon after, my role was cut.
Instead of rushing back, I decided to treat this as a redesign: try new things, talk to people, and help others who are in the same place. Nowadays People is where that journey lives.
Today, after completing my coaching studies, I support others who are navigating periods of transition, uncertainty, or the feeling that something no longer feels fully aligned.
My approach is grounded in coaching frameworks and psychology, but kept simple and human. I focus on awareness, honest conversations, and small shifts that create real movement in your life.

What is coaching - and how is it different from therapy?
Coaching is a forward-looking process focused on clarity, decision-making, and personal or professional direction. Itโs not therapy, and it doesnโt address mental health conditions or past trauma. Instead, we focus on your present situation, your thoughts, and where you want to go next. Before booking, itโs important that you feel comfortable with this distinction.
How long is a session?
Each session lasts 60 minutes. This usually gives enough time to explore your thoughts in depth without feeling rushed.
How do sessions work - online or in person?
Sessions take place as online conversations, and we agree on a time that works for both of us after booking. If you prefer, sessions can also be held in person in Vilnius, usually in a calm cafรฉ or a quiet space in the city center that we agree on together. All sessions are available in English or Lithuanian, depending on your preference.
What can I expect from a session?
Each session is a one-on-one conversation where we explore whatโs on your mind - your situation, questions, or decisions youโre navigating. Thereโs no fixed script. I guide the conversation with questions and reflections that help you think more clearly and see things from new perspectives. You donโt need to prepare anything beyond the pre-session reflection form.
What if I donโt know what I need?
Thatโs completely okay - and very common. Many people come in with a general feeling that something needs to change, but canโt yet define what that is. Part of the process is figuring that out together.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on your situation. Some people benefit from a single session to gain clarity on a specific topic. Others choose multiple sessions to explore things more deeply and create lasting change. If youโre unsure, you can start with one session and decide from there.
Is everything we talk about confidential?
Yes. Everything shared during our sessions stays private and is treated with full confidentiality.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Sessions can be rescheduled with advance notice (24 hours). Missed or last-minute cancellations may not be refunded.
